Please note: For international shipments we do not cover payment of Customs and Duty Charges.
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you want to return your order you need to contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order and the items need to be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
You must return the item(s) in unused and undamaged condition. NOBADDAYS. will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are intact. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any item(s) during transport back to the NOBADDAYS. office. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return costs. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders, this will be clearly stated on our website when applicable.

How do you return your order?
If you wish to return an item(s), you can request a return authorization by contacting us at email@example.com Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return post label by mail to put on your parcel to return the item(s) to the nobaddays. office. The costs of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be credited through the original customer’s payment method. NOBADDAYS. will issue a refund (excl. shipping costs) if the returned item(s) correspond with the above described requirements. Please note that NOBADDAYS. will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges.
